I remember wanting to buy a tank top like this for my best friend when she was getting married and the only one I could find was $40.00! I just couldn't bear to cough up that much money for a tank top so I didn't get it for her, if only I had had the Rhinestone Starter Kit I could have made it for her for way less! I used the Starter Kit and the Bride design is off of the Rhinestone CD.
