Over the last few weeks, I have been watching my friends post over on Facebook their first day of school pictures. It has been especially fun to see those that have seniors, because they are posting both the very first day of school ever photos, along with first day of senior year. As I have been seeing these photos, it really got me more excited about this weeks project of the Schoolhouse Mini Album.
You can use the album for one single year of school, or for an entire school career. How fun would be be to have the first and last days of school all in one place? You could see the changes right before your eyes as your child grows from Kindergarten through Graduation. And how fun would it be to have this displayed at the celebration of graduation? 
As I worked on this album, I also realized, it could very easily become a church. What a great way to display some of your favorite wedding day photos, or what about a baptism or confirmation?
Whatever you decide to make, I hope you will share it in the Gallery. I know I love looking at what people have done with different projects and I’m sure others will love it too.

My apologies on the roof shingles/shakes. Those are just strips of paper that…I think they are about 1/2 inch and overlapped. I inked the bottoms to give them the depth.

I just made books for my younger grandchildren….oh how I wish that I had seen this before then. This is so nice. But, I like the Church idea too…maybe I will make one for my engaged niece!

I love this Klo especially as you can put lots of photos in the Left and Right sides of the album. The ribbon and bell give so much dimension to the project. Thanks for sharing.
