Pazzles Cruise Recap

Cruise Attendee Class Photo

The suitcases have been repacked, the return flights have been accomplished and the goodbyes have all been said. Sadly, the Pazzles Cruise is over and we are all safely home on dry ground. What a wonderful time we had!! Klo and I both agree that this group of ladies were a joy to get to know.

And get to know them we did!! The cruise made it possible to visit over lavish dinners in a very relaxed format. We also got a chance to meet some very supportive and special husbands who came on the cruise with their wives. I always knew that we had very talented ladies (and gentlemen) among us but wow!! There are some hidden talents that we discovered. We have world travelers, a Theater Hall of Fame inductee, dancers, a physicist, and that only scratches the surface.

The facility was wonderful, with twin screens and a table for every person. We had the use of it for the entire cruise so ladies were there at 7 am and stayed into the wee hours of the morning according to their personal preference. Klo and I taught on the days at sea and we all played on the days in port. The weather was beautiful and the scenery was gorgeous.

We made pillowcase laundry bags using DecoArt So Soft Fabric paints and sun catchers and bookmarks using vinyl and DecoArt transparent Glass Stains. In another class we learned rolled flower techniques to make a beautiful wall hanging using Melissa Frances and Scrapbooker’s Painted Page papers. No cruise would be complete without a cruise-themed project so, of course, we made a fabulous two-page layout. Finally, we learned how to make customized fonts to create a daisy and rhinestone embellished card.

Everyone went home with loads of goodies from our fabulous sponsors! I hope no one was overweight on their luggage going home. 🙂 I have hundreds of photos and even more memories to go with them. Thank you dear Pazzle Peeps for making the first Pazzles Cruise so amazing!

What a fabulous time we had! Thank you Pazzles for the opportunity of a lifetime! Met new friends, learned new techniques and got lots of goodies from the sponsors. The projects were awesome, Chris and Klo really put alot of work into the planning and who knew Jeremy cleaned up so nice!!

I think we are all still stunned about how good Jeremy cleaned up…*wink.

This was so much fun getting to know people outside of the classroom as well as inside the classroom. What a wonderful experience and so much fun.

I’m peeling pretty badly from my sunburn, but it was worth it. Wish we could go back again this week.

Yes, Yes! When is the next cruise? I had a wonderful time. Five + days of complete relaxation, seeing new places, meeting new people and learning new ‘stuff’. I absolutely loved it.

Wow!! Absolutely a fantastic time was had by all (including my husband!) Terrific ‘goodie bags’ and lots of learning -all while being pampered and traveling in the Caribbean – who could complain?!! Thank you Chris, Klo, Jeremy and Holly and Simon – a pleasant change from your daily routine- eh?

I cannot thank the team from Pazzles enough! Chris and Klo were wonderful teachers! I learned so much! I always knew that my Pazzles machine was amazing…..but this cruise gave me the opportunity to experience so many more aspects of what it can do. All I can say is: WOW! I cannot wait to see what I create with it now! A big Thank You to Jeremy and Holly for all of their help, too. It was great to meet all of you. I also had so much fun connecting with all of the ladies on the cruise. I loved going down to the craft room to chat with them in the evening. They are also a wealth of knowledge along with being so sweet! We will definately have to do this again!

Chris, is it possible to get original copies of these pictures sent to my email for my cruise scrapbook. I have the group one already, but the others would be appreciated. Thank you.

I wanted to join you ladies on this cruise, but just couldn’t work it out. I will definitely join you all for the next cruise! I’m sorry I missed it but very glad to hear that you all had fun.

I have been looking at your Videos and they are wonderful. Maybe I can get what I lost from them. I hope so. It was a wonderful teaching and learning retreat. Having taught for 39 years, I would hire Chris and Klo to teach any subject. They are great working with people. It was a wonderful retreat… The first night Jeremy took my laptop and made a beautiful likeness to the real mat. I wish to know how he did that, I want to put it on my main frame
