Happy Birthday Cake CardThe first Pazzles University Virtual Retreat is now behind us. I think I am over the exhaustion phase and after reflecting on it, I know it was a success! It is always fun to see someone go from hesitant to gung-ho over the course of two days.

The photos above are just a few of the projects taught in the classes. These are from our attendees and I think they are better than the ones Klo and I made! We had a group of very talented people. Here is what some of the students have said:

“Well worth the money. Thanks again for all you and your staff do to assist us. Especially here on the East Coast. I don’t have any other contacts near me to sit and work with so this was a great opportunity for me. Again, THANKS SO MUCH!”

“This class was really wonderful because we started everything from scratch—with written instructions on how you did what you did—and the design would then take shape.  Loved the doing it along with you part!!!  My ‘light bulb’ finally clicked ON with just seeing how you did some of the simplest things. THANK YOU!”

“I also wanted to let you know how much I appreciated learning through the class and hope you have an intermediate one someday. Please pass along my thanks to all of the instructors.  Maybe now I will actually use the machine!!!”

“Without this class I wouldn’t have the confidence of designing my own box.  This morning I decided I needed a slit to close the cover, which I added to the very right panel.  Yea!!!  The class passouts were amazing and very helpful to follow during class.

“I want to thank you for putting this class together for us. I have had my Pazzles since 2006 and have used it only a few times. I love it, but didn’t know how to get it to do all it can. Now I do! Yay!  It was worth every minute to sit in on this class. I learned sooo much. I can’t imagine what the intermediate class will contain. I’m looking forward to using my Pazzles often to make sure I know what I’m doing.

Lastly, I want you to know that at first when the class started I was as bit concerned with the time spent helping everyone get it together, then I realized how great it was because I could hear the instruction repeating and that reallllly helped me!

So keep up the good work, I’m grateful that you creative Ladies are willing to share your talents with us.”

“I am already thinking about projects I can create with the techniques I learned from you.  I will definitely use my machine more now.  I can’t wait until the next class, I will definitely sign up.”

Thank you, our wonderful students!

~Christine, Klo, and Michelle

I didn’t attend but I heard great things about V.U. from my friend, Connie. I just wanted to add my thanks for how Pazzles, as a company, goes above and beyond for it’s customers. V.U. was an inspired idea since so many people can’t make it to one of the retreats and is just another example of how Pazzles wants you learn to love your machine and what it can do. Most companies only care about you during your purchase or perhaps if you have a problem so what Pazzles does by continuing their care and education far beyond that point is rather unique. So, thanks again Pazzles and I want to second the suggestion that I read in one of the comments for an intermediate V.U. in the future.

Thank you ladies for your kind comments! We do want to offer continuing education so that you get the most use out of your machine AND the best results possible!!

I totally agree with you there. The extra effort put forth by the employees of the company make it a “no-brainer” when deciding which die cutting system to go with, not even considering how much more superior this system is compared to any other. I love mine and always recommend it to anyone who will listen, no matter where I am.

That is great that it was so successful, I hope you will keep continuing holding these sessions…in future.

This is a great company that provides great training for use of their products. I was unable to attend – which turned out okay, as my computer crashed a couple days before the VU, so would’ve missed. Just trying to get caught up now. Would love to see another beginner VU offered for those of us who could not attend. Again, thank you for all you do for your customers!
