I click on the file after downloading and all I get is a text file describing the colors. No request where to place the palate
pmama48-Open your software first and make sure you have the latest update. The update that went out Monday added this new feature that will allow you to click on the file and have it load automatically.

Hi, This is what I had to do and I have Windows 10/Windows Explorer. I opened by Documents folder and found the Pazzles folder. Clicked on that and found a colorpalettes folder. I went to my download folder and copied the scp file to this folder. It then appeared in my InVue software. The other instructions listed on the home page, didn’t work for me. Kay
