Our back yard is full of trees. I just love this time of year when all the leaves are changing colors and gently falling to the ground. Sitting on my deck in the cool weather and watching this was the inspiration for this box.
The trunk and the tree top are two separate boxes so you can add multiple treats. Though I made mine very simple you can add anything you like to make it personal. I’ve included a heart that you can add your initials to and the leaves for a fall effect.
Another idea is to make the top of the tree using patterned paper, or how about adding a tire swing? Anything goes! Make it fun and whimsical or plain and simple. Use it as a gift or home décor. However you use it, I hope it brings you the same feeling that inspired its creation.
