4th Quarter Challenge

This challenge is open to all Pazzles owners, both Craft Room Members and Non-Craft Room Members. The last few months of the year seem to be filled with so many holidays.  Do you have some traditions?  Do you have a favorite holiday?  Well, this challenge is going to give you the chance to share one of those with us.  You can do that through a project, layout, card, home decor or whatever you choose.  The only rules are: It must be a new project and not one that you have done in the past.  Part of it has to be cut using your Pazzles and it has to do with holidays that fall in October, November and December. After you have completed your project, then load it here to the 4th Quarter Challenge Folder.

September/October Challenge Winner

Congratulations to both of our winners vm4867 and auntiemarg for winning the September/October Challenge. Vm4867 says: "I hope this meets the challenge criteria. The following items were cut with my Inspiration; quilted background pattern, leaves after they were stamped and traced to make a cutting file, button from paper embossed with an embossing folder colored with distress ink, and the chevron banner ribbon. I distressed the quilted background with Ranger Gathered Twigs ink and colored the leaves with sponge daubers and various colors of distress ink before stamping and heat embossing. I added sequins for some sparkle." Not only did vm4867 meet the criteria, she created this absolutely beautiful card that is perfect for the Fall.  Congratulations on winning the September/October Challenge. For our second winner, AuntieMarg this is what she has to say about her project: "Harvest Time at our house means canning!" Auntie Marg's  fabulous layout shows all the yummy canning she has already done this year.   The projects this month were about Fall/Harvest ideas.  If you haven't done it yet, I recommend taking a look at the great projects in the September/October  Challenge Gallery. September/October 2014 Challenge

Since it is harvest time in most places, we thought it would be fun to use that as our theme. Fruit is really trending, so you may find something fun to do with that. Or do a layout or create a card on what harvest time means to you. We are so excited to see the fun ideas you come up for this.

August Challenge Reminder

I'm really not sure how time keeps flying like it does, but the August Challenge is well under way. As a reminder, the theme this month is Getting Ready. Think about something you are preparing for: a new school year, a new job, a new stage of life, a vacation, or anything else that is on the horizon. Make something to help you get ready for whatever is coming your way. The Design Team has been busy creating with this theme in mind. Marjorie Eades is busy planning for the Pazzles Cruise and Crop and she designed this adorable travel binder to keep all her paperwork organized. This is such a clever idea and can be adapted for so many things.
