This is a GENERAL schedule outline that is followed at most of our retreats. The times are adjusted if needed for individual events. During the day you will not have time to leave the hotel. Lunch is provided by Pazzles. You are on your own for dinner and there is a 1 1/2 hour break usually around 6 pm. The evening hours are for working on your class projects, there are no classes at night.
BASIC Retreat Schedule
Day 1
Registration: starts at 11:00 AM
Doors will open and you may set up your work table at this time.
Lunch: 11:30 to 12:30 pm
Session 1: 12:30 pm – 3:00 pm
Break- 15 min- you can check into your rooms if they were not ready
Session 2: 3:15 pm – 6:00 pm
6 pm – 7:30 pm Dinner on your own
Open Crop and Project Time: 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
Day 2
Session 3: 8:30 am – 10:00am
Break- 15 min-
Session 4: 10:15 am – 12:30 pm
Lunch: 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm
Session 5: 1:15 pm – 3:15 pm
Break- 15 min-
Session 6: 3:30 pm – 6:00pm
6 pm – 7:30 pm Dinner on your own
Open Crop and Project Time: 7:30 pm – 9:30
Day 3
Devotion Time: 8:15- 8:35 am (optional)
Session 7: 8:45 am – 10:45
Break- 15 min – (Check out of the hotel if you have not already.)
Session 8: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Lunch: 1:00 – 2:00 pm
