Scrapbook layout and card sketches are a great starting point for well designed, quick projects. Many sites offer sketch ideas, but they still involve measuring and hand cutting. I like to let my Inspiration do as much of the work as possible, so I often design my layouts and cards in the Inspiration Studio Software first and then cut them out. Today and every Tuesday I’ll be sharing these cuttable sketches with you in our Pazzles Cut And Paste Sketches series. You can expect to see single page layouts, double page layouts and cards all ready for you to cut out and paste to your page or card base. You can use all of the pieces as is, or use just the design base and substitute your favorite ready made embellishments for the shapes.
Although this may send some of you into a stress induced panic, Christmas is on it’s way! If you plan to send out handmade Christmas cards, now is the time to get started. I did the math and if I make five cards a week for the next eight weeks I will have enough cards to send out. I make this plan every year and end up ordering photo cards two days before Christmas and sending them out late. It is perfectly fine to send out photo cards, unless you are me, and everyone knows that making cards is your thing! Oh the pressure! Does anyone else feel this way?
Hopefully I’ve lightened your load this week with the newest Cut and Paste Sketch. Use the snowflake shape or substitute a stamp inside the circle. If you are in Christmas denial you can always replace the snowflake with a fall image.

Thank you for reminding us that Christmas and Hanukkah are on the way!!! Lots of cards to do!!!! Yikes! But your cut and paste sketch is a perfect start!!! Thanks again!
Went to a workshop last weekend where we mass produced 50 cards…..I guess I now HAVE to address them…..probably put it off until after Christmas.
Thanks for the files. I love the cards (even though I bought my Pazzles for scrapbooking)
thanks for this. But, I must make you feel better…the season before Christmas day (in the Christian faith) is advent. Who ever heard of sending out Advent Cards? I mail mine right before so they get there (purposefully) during the 12 days of Christmas…Dec 25-Jan 6! Relax and enjoy the holiday!
