Who doesn’t like to save money? I know I do! That is one of the reasons I love my Pazzles Cutter! I never have to buy a font or image if I don’t want to. The ability to use all True Type fonts opens up new horizons for me. And it doesn’t cost me a single penny.
With a wealth of free font sites on the internet, the problem isn’t finding the perfect font, it is deciding which perfect font to use. There are so many options available! If I need to make a wedding card, there’s a font for that. If I need a baby announcement, there’s a font for that. If I need to make something for a teenager, there’s a font for that. If you are like me you have probably been downloading fonts for years already. We just cannot seem to get enough. I know I would find it so limiting to have only one font per cartridge/flash drive purchase.
I am often asked how to install True Type and Pazzles fonts so I have created a short tutorial. Once you understand where the Windows Font folder can be found, the installation process is easy. Install the font and it is ready to use in the Inspiration Studio Software. If the font was a True Type font, you will be able to use it in your word processing program and probably other programs you have on your computer.
Did you know that you can also use fonts that you haven’t installed? I have hundreds of fonts that are not installed on my computer because they take up so much space. Instead, I have them on a separate flash drive. I can still use them, though and in my video I teach you the trick for using uninstalled fonts.
Finally, I explain how to install the Journaling fonts that work with our Pazzles Pen tool. Those fonts are not True Type so they do not go into the Windows font folder. I show you where to find the MAX folder for installing Pazzles fonts.
The tutorial explains how to install fonts in Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. Yep, there are differences and I explain them all! (You can imagine how confusing it was to move between 3 different computers!) You can view the video below or go to the Video Library in The Fundamentals.
Now….who has a great site for Free Fonts? It would be wonderful if you would post it here for the rest of us! You can NEVER have too many fonts! LOL! (Anyone want to confess how many fonts they have?!?)

Great job on this Chris…thanks for sharing. Now I can know what to expect when I get around to getting Windows 7.
Klo I love that font site,
Here is another suggestion, I love this site, they don’t have that many fonts, this could be good if you don’t want to feel overwhelmed with to many choices
