We all have someone in our lives who puts a song in our heart! Why not show your appreciation by giving them this beautiful music note box?
I used 90-year-old sheet music to top it off, but don’t worry if don’t have access to that type of thing. You can go to Julie’s piano box with a rose and download the music paper she has there (it is a .PDF at the bottom of the blog). Or just use readily available sheet music or printed scrapbooking paper.
The roses on the top are made using the Twirled Flower file in the library. The other flowers and greenery are included in the file. You can embellish it with the provided flowers or keep is simply and just add the tag with a ribbon. Of course the saying on the tag can be changed to anything you like. I think it would be a great gift for any lover of music, a music teacher, or just someone who has truly put a song in your heart!
Supplies:
Several scrap pieces of cardstock for flowers, leaves, roses and tag
Twisted rose file from the library. One at 3 inches, one at 2.5 and one at 2 inches.
1 Sheet of Music Paper or download and print a sheet from Julie’s piano box with a rose (it is a .PDF at the bottom of the blog)
