DIY Be Our Guest Pitcher
I inherited a ceramic pitcher and thought I would make it into a centerpiece for summer by sticking it in a shallow metal bucket tray and adding a short garden hose extension and some flowers. Well, that didn’t happen yet so I had this pitcher available!
Farmhouse Style Serving Pitcher
I love the farmhouse style of the thin tall letters that I’ve seen used in decor items so I thought I would add a vinyl title to the pitcher which I can use by itself for serving drinks, hot or cold, or for my centerpiece plan or for utensils or for colorful drinking straws (which we’re doing first).
The pitcher used for this project is about 9.5 inches tall, but this project can certainly be modified in size to fit any size pitcher, jar, or another container, even a creamer pitcher.
Use Dishwasher Save Vinyl on Any Container
Find a font similar to what I created and make any words you want. Farmhouse Bold and Fairytale Valentine are good font options. Label everything in the kitchen, bathroom, craft room, kids’ rooms, you name it! Use a dishwasher safe vinyl such as the Pazzles Vinyl for a permanent project or use removable vinyl for temporary items such as for a party or other single-use event, or if you think you’d perhaps change your mind about what you want it to say.
This project only takes a few minutes to complete.
Supplies:
Ceramic pitcher
Black Vinyl (choose a permanent, dishwasher safe material such as the Pazzles Vinyl if you want it to be permanent. If you are just making this project for a party or other temporary use, any vinyl works, such as vinyl shelf liner.)
