3D Holly Berry Tag

3D Holly Berries Tag

On the tenth day of Christmas, the Pazzles elves gave to me... If you watched yesterday's video you saw the 3D Holly from today's gift featured as one of the projects. I used it to create a card for the video, but today it is featured on a tag.

12 Gifts of Christmas, Day ...

On the ninth day of Christmas the Pazzles elves gave to me... The poinsettia is one of my favorite flower designs. So when I was pondering what to make for gift wrapping, naturally, this beautiful flower was at the top of my list. After cutting the pieces, I used an embosser and cushioned pad to curl the petals and leaves. I added gold ink around the edges of the leaves and flowers for extra holiday shine.  Three tiny yellow rhinestones in the center give even more holiday sparkle to the project.

12 Gifts of Christmas, Day ...

On the eighth day of Christmas the Pazzles Elves gave to me… Who said pinwheels were only for summer fun? This bow is a great addition to your Christmas wrapping projects and will be sure to have people spinning with excitement.

12 Gifts of Christmas, Day ...

On the seventh day of Christmas the Pazzles Elves gave to me… Who knew that burlap, chevrons, and rhinestones could make such a sweet combination? This gift tag is made of mini rosettes layered on a extra large tag. The rolled burlap bow tied up with twine tops the tag and couldn't be easier to make. Each little rosette is embellished with a single clear rhinestone to add just the right amount of sparkle.

12 Gifts of Christmas, Day ...

On the sixth day of Christmas the Pazzles Elves gave to me… This Pleated Christmas Tree Tag is perfect for almost any wrapping style. By changing the papers and backgrounds you can make it elegant, shabby, or country depending on your preference. Enlarge the cutting file and mount to picture frames (without glass) and you have great Christmas wall decor for your home.

12 Days of Gift Wrapping Day 5 Stacked Loop Bow

12 Gifts of Christmas, Day ...

On the fifth day of Christmas the Pazzles Elves gave to me… Need a clever way to wrap your next Christmas gift? Try this crazy bow in your favorite patterned or textured papers. I used Stickles to add a glitter effect to the edges of the bow and to help make it really sparkle. To assemble the bow you'll want to apply glue to each end and adhere it in the center of each strip. Once each piece has been glued and assembled, you can start to glue them to each other in a criss cross pattern. When the bow is done, don't forget the center piece! I hope it’s the perfect addition to your perfect gift.

Light Frame and Reverse Metal Letters

Save your pennies, make your ...

One of the things I love about the Inspiration is that it's powerful enough to emboss and cut through soft metals, like art foils. It can be a bit tricky to master, but once you have it down, you'll be impressed with the range of possibilities! For today's Money-Saving Tip, I'll show you why you never need to buy another pack of metal embellishments, foil letters or sentiments—because you'll be making your own!

Photo Fun with Pazzles Inspiration ...

'Tis the season for sending holiday cards. Do you have your cards done? Do you make your own cards or buy them? If you have photo cards printed, do you stage a photo for them? I have to admit that I have not started on mine yet but I have some great ideas!

Visions of Sugarplums Christmas Baking ...

In a few short weeks Christmas baking will be in full swing. If you have the bug for holiday baking just a bit early, you can start by making paper cookies. These cookies don't need to be made from scratch, we've done all the work for you in our Visions of Sugarplums Collection. This collection is perfect for cards and tags for your holiday goodies and can be used after the holidays to scrapbook your Christmas memories.

Inking and Chalking Tips

Cutting out amazing images in any color, shape and size: isn't that the magic of the Pazzles Inspiration electronic cutter? I can cut paper shapes and combine layers, colors and textures to create a visual feast for the eyes. If you stop with the paper and glue you have a great project. However, if you want an amazing project you need to move beyond the paper. You can add depth and character by inking or chalking the paper to add shadow and highlights. Suddenly, like magic, the flat pieces of paper have curves and dimension.

Scallop Owl Neon Prismagic Shaped Card Front

‘Owl Miss You’ Shaped Card

My best friend recently got on a plane for a three-month stint in a foreign country teaching English. All I can think is how much I'll miss her, even though I realize how selfish that is. This experience is something she's wanted to do for so long, it's a small miracle that it actually happened. I try to focus on how short the trip actually is and that she'll be back soon! With her trip in mind, I made this shaped owl card.
