InVue Project Pattern: Autumn Tags

Tags have become one of my favorite projects lately. They dress up a gift or treat and are quick to create. In fact, I think tags are easier than cards. After pouring my creativity into the outside of a card, I always struggle with the inside. Not so, with tags. There is no inside to worry about!  This set of Autumn Tags has plenty of versatility for almost any fall occasion. There are several fun elements to the tags to get your creative juices flowing. Use your Pen Tool to write the saying on the tag. You can always change the phrase to something you want right in the software so no need to buy separate stamp sentiments. Create a fun shadow stencil by laying down a cut piece and sponging ink or spritzing glimmer mist over the stencil.

Round Monograms Cut Files

InVue Project Pattern: Round Monograms ...

Heidi has created another set of Round Monograms that complement the set that Chris made a few months ago.  Be sure you get the past Round Monograms, as well as this one. Make personalized cards, invitations, gifts and décor using round monograms for a classic touch. This month’s InVue Project Pattern makes it easy to design perfectly rounded monograms in just a few simple steps.

InVue Project Pattern: Thank You ...

Writing thank you notes seems to be a long lost art.  It is so much easier to text or email, I guess. But if I really think about it, I do love getting those nice hand-written notes in the mail. What keeps me from writing thank you notes? If I am honest with myself, it is because I don’t keep handmade thank you notes on hand for when I need them. Yes, I have bunches of store bought ones but I just can’t seem to feel good about sending them. So I put it off until I have time to “create” one.

Sunny Days Layout Project Pattern

Summer is in full swing and your camera is likely full of all of the memories you've made. It might be tough to find time to scrapbook all of those photos while the days are so full of activity. Today's InVue Project Pattern will help you catch up on summer scrapbook pages. Mix and match the elements to make unique pages for every activity.

Pattern: Classic Treat Bags

While cards are a nice gesture to express your sentiments, sometimes you want to give just a little bit more. Perhaps it is a specially made cookie or a few premier type chocolates. On those occasions a card is not quite the right presentation. What you need is a creative way to disguise that treat. A custom made treat bag is the perfect solution. This month's project pattern is a treat bag with six interchangeable flaps. The flap elements are in a classic style and will work for any occasion depending on the paper you choose. The treat bag will fit the small portion size zipper bags found at Walmart or any clear bag that is 3.5" wide.

Gatefold Card Project Pattern

Shaped Gatefold Cards Project Pattern

I love to make cards where the shape fits the contours of the design. For this month's project pattern I decided to challenge myself and see if I could start with a Valentine's card and end up with 6 different themed cards. I have to admit it was a lot of fun and once I got started it was hard to stop! The gatefold card design enabled me to rotate the card in 3 different directions making it easy to come up with all kinds of ideas.

Christmas Memories Project Pattern

Christmas is a time when precious memories are made. Most of us snap photos as a way to preserve the feeling of that special time. If you are like me you take hundreds of digital photos! But, do you ever get them off of the memory disk, print them and put them on a scrapbook page? I have to admit that it seems like I rarely get around to making the pages that I envision when I pose my family for a photo. This year, I plan to break that pattern of procrastination and get those photos printed and down on a page. In anticipation of that resolution, I have designed four different scrapbook pages for this month's Project pattern

Gable Gift Boxes

Gable Gift Box Project Pattern

The holidays are here and you, creative friend, have made a sweet treat or gift for a special friend. Have you thought about how you are going to package the gift? Are you going to grab a gift bag at the dollar store or wrap the box in paper? Instead, why not make the package an extension of your gift? This Gable Gift Box is the perfect way to make a gift special inside and out! You can cut a window in the side and line it with plastic to show off your treats or you can make a lovely label and add a special message for your loved one.

Tri-Fold Holiday Cards Project Pattern

You don't have to look very far to see the obvious signals that we are well into the holiday season. Halloween is almost here and before you know it, we will be roasting our turkeys and putting up the Christmas tree. 'Tis the season for crafting and if you are like me, you are already thinking about whether you will make your cards or buy them this year. Allow me to help you get the card making process started. This months project pattern is a fun tri-fold card that can be used for the upcoming holidays and on into the new year.

Pazzles Project Pattern: Letter Tiles

I am not sure whether it is nostalgia or something else that draws us to those little wooden letter tiles but it seems that we all love them. This month's Project Pattern includes the traditional letter tiles that we all recognize but it also includes ones for punctuation, numbers, and shapes. There are even some with fancy corners that have room for you to add your own font. Whether you make them big enough to hang as a banner, or small enough to add to a card these tiles will spark you creativity! Use them for wall decorations or on bulletin boards, make them in traditional colors or pink and blue for a baby. The options are endless.

Joy Filled Tags Project Pattern

Tags are a quick and easy way to add a personal touch to almost anything. They can be used alone on gifts and homemade treats. Or you can use them as embellishments on cards and scrapbook pages. Whichever way you use them, these sweet tags will add a bit of joy to any project!

Project Pattern: Love Cards

I know Christmas is barely over, and you are probably packing up the decorations and taking a break, but another holiday is just around the corner. I went to the store two days after Christmas and every trace of Christmas was gone, not a pine needle left on the floor. It's Valentine's Day time now and the shelves are stocked. Get a head start with our latest Project Pattern, Valentine Cards. Remember, in the InVue software you simply drag and drop your desired elements onto the card. It couldn't be easier! We have some new Pazzles owners, so if you need a quick rundown of the cool Project feature in the InVue software, you can get more details here. Depending on which software you are using, you will need to follow the instructions below to download the Project Pattern files.

Pazzles Project Pattern: Rainbow Color ...

Have you experimented with our Project Patterns in the InVue Software yet? One of the cool new features in the InVue software is our new Pazzles Project Patterns. The InVue software comes with four Project Patterns and we will be adding more each month. Essentially you open a Project Pattern and you see a sketch (layout or card). Several pieces of the sketch are “replaceable”. You click on the replaceable shape and then select a predesigned coordinating image from a cooresponding menu. The image automatically replaces the selected shape and resizes the new shape to fit perfectly. Once you become familiar with the process you will be hooked on these patterns. They work like magic!

Make A Monster Project Pattern

Pazzles Project Pattern: Make A ...

Just in time to delight your Halloween goblins and ghouls, we have a new Project Pattern: Make A Monster. You'll find all the monster parts you need to create a dozen or more little monster characters. Once they are designed, cut them out or print and cut them to make layout and card embellishments. These would make some pretty cute Halloween party invitations and decorations as well. For an introduction to our Project Patterns concept and instructions on using the files, please visit last month's Project Pattern release.
