I always think of the beautiful changing leaf colors at harvest time and I needed to thank a friend for helping me out by letting me use her truck to pick up a fence, so I made this Thank You card for her. I am going to make a single leaf just to frame for my craft room too. I love the colors and how real they look and feel when finished!
I found the technique online. You just cut out leaf shapes with your Pazzle out of manila folders then put clear embossing glue on them (dab the glue on for a bubbled effect) then cover with clear embossing powder...heat them then use alcohol inks over the dried embossed powder to dye the leaves then dry them again using the embossing heater and they turn into these beautiful fall leaves. I used the "Falling Autumn" leaf files for my cuttings.
