How does it work?
Simply click the button below to open up a new chat window and begin having a live, one-on-one conversation with a Pazzles design expert. In the chat window that opens try and best describe what you want help with. Remember that this is a place to ask for help with designing your project. We can’t design your project for you, but we will help you learn how to do it yourself!
When can I use Designer Chat?
Designers are available to chat with you Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. If you contact Designer Chat during this time and do not get a response, the designers are with another customer. You can leave a message and leave your chat window open and a designer will be with you as soon as possible. Or you may close out of the window and try again at a later time without being charged for a session.
How often can I use Designer Chat?
You can have up to 3 thirty-minute sessions with a designer every month. Sessions that go longer than 30 minutes may be counted as two sessions. You will be warned if this is the case. You can view how many sessions you have available below, if you have just recently finished a session it may take a while to update.
