You Rock Card

Here is a card I made using the "Draw and Cut" technique. I created this cut file but instead of just cutting, I also "drew the lines in the wings and center of the heart as well as the outlines by using the Cri-Kits.com gel pens in my PI versus cutting. I created an outline around the whole project and then cut it out after drawing in all my different colors and layers.
