10 Things I Love About You

My first PI page design from early in 2009 (I have hardly used my machine and it is time to really get the most out of it!). I just used basic cutting files for the hearts, and added text for the numbers and created the border. Pretty darn good for a first effort (good thing no-one was around to hear the cursing as I learnt to create the cutting file!).

    • This is beautiful, I can't believe this was your first attempt! I'm really loving your style. I am filled with envy right now!

I agree with Amanda, I love your style! I have seen others do similar layouts...but they don't know when to quit while they are ahead...as in less in better? You have more than I dare to try and yet it works for you. I love it....great work!

I envy you....I just got my pazzle and am trying to do something similar but simpler..a frame with the word "graduation" attached to the top edge. I can't seem to get the text to weld to the frame. When it cuts, it will cut the frame and then go back and cut the letters instead of cutting around them so it's comes out as one piecem so obviously they are not welded to the frame. Care to share your process Smile

Hi, just follow the instructions for making an overlay (make it all in black, then WYSIWYG the whole thing - an easy-easy way to create it... wish I had known how to do that a couple of years ago... so much easier!)
