Angie....I think that I have seen this tote bag before.....but with the embellishments....I could never really tell for sure. If it is the one that I think that it is....I am going to make some of these for Christmas. This is beautiful!

Thank you ladies:-) Vicki, I was inspired by a tote with a bling name and bottom portion was made to look like a tutu . I was going to buy one for my daughter but I thought hey , I can make one:-)
