I use the window frame from pazzle, used a rubber stamp for tree and a punch for the snowflakes.

I used the jiggles bells from pazzle and cut them out of glitter paper on my pazzle. highlight the lines on the bells with red.

embrossed the background paper for the mat. adding a red bow to the bells.
