Smile

Card design for the week, CPS inspired. The girl was hard, I hated the idea of her being the center of attention and being only a silhouette, so I made her a dress and slightly blue stockings, I wanted to put "Huray" on the sentiment but I couldn't remember how to spell it so I went with smile. The rainbow i had made a while ago for another card, this time i used it differently. The back ground was a small frame I had made so I welded it with a rectangle then added the other things, the banner and the scalopped circle and sentiment. Layered using 3d foam.
