      seashell overlay/envelope
this was my 1st paperlace/overlay that I have created. I used embossing powders, crystals, and sand to embellish the shells. The hearts I used stickles and the letters I used left over tiny seashells. Any tips/suggestions are welcome. Thank you for looking.

That is probably the most elaborate envelope that I have ever seen...LOL! All of this time, I thought that it was the main feature.....had no idea....how original! I love your quirky sense of humor with the card too! :-)

Thankyou Vicki. When I created the paperlace I thought of the "taking the plunge" as well but couldn't think of a way to tie the 2 together while still keeping the paperlace the main feature. I am hopeful that she will frame he envelope as a keepsake. If not......well it was good practice LOL. Dana

Ana, I am glad that you like it. Dana

It is really fun to see the finished results! Great job-I liked the overlay file but couldn't envision this from it. Smile

Dana this turned out so beautifully! I didn't really know how you were planning to use the cutting file and had envisioned something entirely different, how fun to see what you did. I am sure they will treasure it!

I love all the powders, crystals, and sand you used to bring the shells to life. I am just starting to experiment with embossing myself.
