Birthday Train Decorations

Finding Train birthday decorations (non-Thomas) was proving to be difficult, so I made this for my grandsons 2nd birthday party


The base is floral foam with easter grass cut up on glued on. It was quite the process, many layers. I found that pressing the grass and glue down with wax paper let it stick mostly to the dome instead of my hands.
