These are great Ana! Did you layer the cookies after they were cut so to be thicker? Hum.....So are we going to see some video how to's soon??? : D

Thanks for the nice comments and yes I did layer the hello kitty cookie and for the cup cake cookies they are just one layer after all the less flour we eat the better right?
