Instructions
I created a border from the Pazzles Inked up CD using image 60 D, Intertwined Heart. I welded them together from top to bottom to create the border. Created the heart lace corner accent. Cut Pink Border to match outline of intertwined border. Added to Patterned paper. Cut mats and added corner decoration as well as ribbon, flower and button embellishment. Colored intertwined border with Black Diamond Stickles.
