These are my take on the plastic pumpkin decorated with vinyl. I am giving the three small double sided ones as Bunko gifts this month and keeping the bigger one for myself (not stingy, we just have a dollar limit for prizes). I took the leaves from a pumpkin in the library and the tendrils are just strips of paper that have been crimped and curled.
Now is the best time to buy because they are deeply discounted at Michaels (my Hobby Lobby didn't have any left). Of course, I got mine on sale but they are even cheaper now. Anyway, if you decide to make some be aware that wall vinyl, which is what I used because it was matte not shiny, doesn't want to release from the transfer tape and requires quite a bit of patience to apply. (The curved and indented surface doesn't help either.) When I do my next ones (couldn't resist the price!), I would definitely use the stronger adhesive, outdoor vinyl. Still a great project, just wanted to pass along what I learned.
