Error when updating the software

If you are getting any errors when updating the software usually two things are going on either the Inspiration Studio software is open or you do not have the right privilages to install the update and you need to make sure that you are an admin on the computer.

1. Check to make sure that you do not have the Inspiration Studio software open and if so close it.
2. Check to see if you have admin rights for your computer.  If you don't know how to do this please contact the person that setup your computer for help
3. Restart your computer adn download the updater again.
