This usually is a minor error that occurred when the pinch rollers were raised before the cutting job was finished.  Clear the memory by turning off the cutter, waiting a moment and turning it back on again. Set the machine to Cut 4 and then press the Next button on the cutter. Try the job again.
If the problem persists, check all connections between the cutter and the computer.
