How do I register my software?

It is important to register all of your products with Pazzles.  This is a record of serial numbers and license numbers incase you lose the information.  If the information is not registered with Pazzles in the event you do lose the information, we may not be able to assist you in getting the information.  By registering your products you will also have access to the information without having to call us to get it.  Just simply log into your Pazzles Craft Room account and the registration information can be found by clicking on My Account, Registered Products.  Before any warranty repairs or service we would also have to have the product registered in order to create an RMA number for you.

It is simple to register your products. 

1. Visit Pazzles Craft Room at:  www.pazzles.net.  It is not necessary to have an active subscription to register or retrieve your regsitered product information.  You just need an account established.
2. Click on Support, then select Register Products.  You can also click on My Account and select the Register Products tab.
3. If you are not logged in to your account, you will be prompted to add information to create an account.  It is important to be logged if you have an existing account so all of your registered products are recorded together on your account.
4. Select the product you are registering.  To avoid confusion, it is important to select the correct product from the drop down menu.
5. Add the serial number of the machine or license number for the software.
6. Date Purchased:  If you do not have an exact date of purchase, it is fine, just add the date as close to when you purchased it as possible.
7. Purchased From: add information as to where the item was purchased.
