How do I update my credit card?

To update the credit card on your account, click on My Account and from the Your Membership Information page under Useful Links there is a link to Update Credit Card.  This link will only be available if the account is currently set to automatically bill a credit card.  If you pay using Paypal, you will need to update any payment information via Paypal.  If the account is currently paid with Paypal and you would like to change to credit card, please contact Customer Service.

When updating the credit card number or security code, all fields must be filled out in the credit card section.  If all information is not entered or the information is incorrect the system will not accept the update. 

When updating the credit card expiration date only, as long as the credit card number has not changed, only the expiration date needs to be updated regardless if the 3 digit code has changed.  

Updating the credit card may not mean the payment will process.  If your account billing failed due to issues with the credit card, it will try to rebill 3 times before failing.  If the credit card information has been updated and the account is due to re-attempt the charges, as stated in the failure email you received, do not add another membership to the account as this will result in the account double charging.  If the account has tried and failed 3 attempts the membership will need to be restarted.  You can ready more about reinstating the payment plan at:  https://www.pazzles.net/amember/helpdesk/faq/i/How+do+I+restart+my+monthly+payments+under+Inspiration+commitment%3F
