2. If already logged in try to log out and back in.
3. Do you have an active subscription? Click on My Account; under Active Subscriptions is a list of active membership on the account. Access to downloadable contect is only available with a paying subscriptions. Any registered products or forum membership do not allow access to paid content.
4. Update your password. Click My Account; under Useful Links is a link to Change Password / Edit Profile.
5. Add a ticket to your account explaining the issue. Include browser, error messages or any other information that will be helpful to the issue so we are able to respond with additional information. Enter a ticket by logging into your account; Support; Support Tickets.
