Saving Images to the Image Gallery

1. Open your file

2. Press Ctrl+A to select your entire image (Ctrl+A is the shortcut for “Select All”)

3. Open your image gallery

4. You can create a new catalog by selecting “Create”

5. In your image gallery a new catalog will appear, most likely it will have the name “SPic1.pic”.

6. You can change the name of your new catalog by clicking on it, pausing, and then clicking again. You should then be able to type in the name you want such as “My Projects”

7. Click on your new catalog so that it is selected, but do not open it.

8. Select “Insert” from the right side of your screen.

9. A small window will appear asking you what value position you want, 1 = the first image in your catalog, 2 = the second etc., choose the number you want and select “ok”

10. You will then have a chance to put in some key words for your image, enter up to 5 keywords and then select “accept”

You can have hundreds of images in one catalog so you don’t need to make a new catalog every time. To add new images to your catalog simply skip steps 4-6.
