Using New Inspiration Blades
In the process of your blade slowly going bad you had to adjust the pressure and blade length. Which means you would have been using different pressure and blade length settings over a period of time. Then once you change out that blade it’s like starting all over again with settings you haven’t used for a while because the blade is so sharp vs. being dull. A good tip is to write down the settings you use for the particular kind of paper you cut on a consistent basis in the back of your manual so that when you change out the blade you’ll remember what settings you should start cutting at again. Also, whenever you experience problems with your cuts, don’t hesitate to change out the blade just to make sure that the new one you’re using isn’t damaged or an older blade that perhaps you had been using in the past.
