Today’s Cutting Collection began with a suggestion from some of our customers. The Split Letter Monogram—Roman Style Cutting Collection is our elegant answer to your requests. This classic collection features each letter of the alphabet and is perfectly suited to vinyl and paper projects. We’ve used it here to create a trendy home décor project and a simple wedding invitation and thank you note set.
Our wall decor piece started with a Canvas Corp stretched chunky denim canvas. A name was added to the center of the split letter monogram, welded, and then cut out of Iron-On: Glitter fabric. After adding some burlap and embellishments, it is ready to hang above the bed of a special little girl. If you’d like to make your own, simply follow the instructions on the back of the iron-on material packaging.
The clean style of the split letter monograms also makes them perfect for elegant occasions such as weddings and bridal showers. We added a paper pieced monogram with the bride and groom’s last name to a piece of cardstock. The wedding invitation was then printed on vellum and overlays the monogram.
The Split Letter Monogram Collection—Roman Style is available for purchase in AI, SVG, and WPC cutting file formats in the store, and was released to Craft Room members on Friday in the New section. Craft Room members can see our other Collections in the Library, and non-members can purchase any or all Collections in the Store.
