The heart-shaped chocolate boxes are empty and the paper hearts have been put away until next year. It’s time to start thinking about the next holiday, which is St. Patrick’s Day here in the US. Get out your green and your “Kiss Me, I’m Irish” buttons and make this fun Leprechaun-inspired treat box. Fill it with chocolate gold coins and marshmallows or real gold coins and white mints. It is sure to be a hit.
Shaped boxes can be a bit overwhelming in the planning stage, but in reality come together rather easily. Watch the Making Shaped Bags video in the Fundamentals video section for step by step instructions on making other shapes into boxes. The video comes with a box base and side template to simplify the process.
Have fun with this project and be sure and share your creations with us!
