How many times have you found a fun card, box or scrapbook page on the internet that had hand cutting instructions on it and you thought, “that would be awesome as a cutting file.”? Well, in this class we are going to learn how to take those wonderful hand cutting instructions and turn them to a cutting file that we can use over and over again.
