Have you had a chance to play with the Spellbinders Digital Die Collections yet? We are seeing projects pop up in our forums and on our fan pages using these fabulous files and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Twelve new Spellbinders Collections have been added to the Pazzles Online Store this past weekend including several beautiful floral themed sets perfect for spring crafting.
These cutting files are so fun to experiment with. Because each file includes multiple lines for each layer, you can mix and match which lines you select to create unique shapes and cut out accents. I selected the largest outline and used the Making Shaped Cards technique to create a shaped card base. By selecting a few layers of the Spellbinders Crown Ovals I created a unique shape for the background piece of my card.
I’m a little bit in love with the Flower Creations Three Collection. I love the look of layered flowers. I simply cut out lots of layers, shaped them slightly and stacked them up. I love to make cards with old vintage papers and I cannot wait to cut some flowers out of old music paper and children’s books for some unique creations.
