Happy fall and happy fall baking! It’s really the best part of fall, isn’t it? I’ve created a fun little baking inspired set for you this week. The oven card opens downward, just like a real oven and the apron card has ribbon ties. The third piece of the set is a little recipe holder that you can slip your favorite recipes inside and give as a gift. It would be fun to have everyone bring a recipe to Thanksgiving and have a recipe exchange. You can create a recipe holder for each guest to take their recipes home in.
The inspiration for this project came from the mini sized utensils.
While visiting the craft store the other day my daughter stopped to look at the doll house miniatures and I fell in love with a tiny plate and silverware set. Everything is cuter in mini size and I suddenly wanted a doll house to play with. Cut out the mini utensils and even a recipe card and use them to tuck in your apron card or tie to the front of your recipe holder. If you want to cut them out and just play with them, that is just fine too.
