Hello crafty friends,
Today is my turn to share with you. I decided to create this fun layout for my super swimmer niece. She is a Junior in high school and a fantastic swimmer. I started by choosing the Go Team title craft room file and the QT Patootie Swimmer Girl craft room file. I cut all the pieces out and then set to piecing them together. Paper piecing has always been my most favorite form of paper crafting. I think it takes me back to my days of playing with paper dolls. The base is a blue Bazzil cardstock. The yellow patterned paper is from the DCWV Homework stack. I then used some of my markers to color in the medal, pennants and the little simmers hair and goggles to give them some shading. I finished it off by printing out my pictures and matting them with some white cardstock. I left a little space off to the bottom left where she can add a note about how they did at that meet. It was a lot of fun to create. I hope she likes it.

Several colors of markers
Chalks, inks and fine tip pen.
