This Decorative Gift Basket is just perfect to add a little extra something special to a gift for Mother’s Day or any other special occasion.
After cutting all the files out with your Pazzles cutting machine, glue all the decorative pieces to the main piece. Fold all the perforated lines. Glue the tabs closest to the V shape together. Make sure you line the top corners up when you glue them. Then glue the tabs closest to the tabs you just glued, lining them up with the first tabs on top and glue the left side first or the right side first. Whichever you prefer. Glue the last two tabs to all the glued tabs forming a straight line across the top. Then glue the V shape to all the glued tabs and if it’s not straight across, just trim off the excess. Now glue the other side the same way. Now you want to glue the ribbon onto the basket and the handle. Glue the handle to the inside of the basket evenly on both sides. I used Fiskar punches for the flowers on the purple basket. I just cut out coordinating paper and used a toothpick to shape the petals. I also included sentiment tags, Thinking of You and Just for You, if you would like to put them in place of where the flowers are. Then glue the flowers and tags and add tissue to the baskets. I believe you can use these for any occasion. Just change the paper and sentiment accordingly.
