Blinds Up Surprise Card

I love cards that have an element of surprise or have a twist! Blind up card is one card that will instantly make you smile. And once you have the file, Pazzles makes it really easy to make one!

Unlike the usual cards, a blind up card doesn’t open. So, you have a tiny little window to create a scene and say all the beautiful things you want to say. I first prepared my card base and the window frame. I scored the window frame to give it a little bit of texture, I also distressed the edges to pop up a little bit of color.

After sticking the window frame, I stamped the image and shaded it with my copic markers.  Once done I made the blind with coordinating pattern paper with an accordion fold and inserted ribbon. The ribbon when pulled sideways shows the window frame and the beautiful picture with the sentiment pops out. It’s just super cute and I love it.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you create some amazing blind up surprise cards.
