DIY Vintage Art Book Cover or Card
Hello, crafty friends! Today I have a new project for you.
I designed this project to alter and repurpose an old diary into a vintage notepad holder (you could easily find any older book to do this). I took a 5 1/2 x 8-inch diary cover and covered it with cardstock. Fabric can be used, too. You can easily adjust the file to fit any size book you would prefer.
Adorned with A Lovely Vintage Window Frame
For the cover decoration, I designed mats and layers of vintage frames with a window. There is also a lovely label frame holder piece to add a decoration and a title to your altered book. You could also use this as decoration of a junk journal or vintage mini album cover.
Resize for Any Book or Create a Card with Included Card Base
This project can be resized to any size and used on bigger or smaller projects to add a lovely vintage feel to it. I have even included a card base if you would want to create a lovely vintage card for a book-loving friend.
Supplies:
cardstock
Pattern Paper
Foam 3d tape
Double sided tape
Embossing powder
