Many of you have seen this card (okay, not this exact card, but one like it) in the booth during the 2011 conventions. I had told you that I would put it up as a project sometime and guess what? It’s sometime. *smile*
I thought it could be a really great card for your sweetheart this year. You can use more ‘manly’ colors if you want and make it a wonderful gift for a husband, boyfriend or even a son or grandson.
You are going to notice that I have added 4 little pop up spiral hearts to the center of this to make it a little more interactive and to add a little more excitement to the card. You don’t have to add these, or you could add something else completely different. Add little embellishments on each fold if you want, to make it a little more fun. Or how about adding little sayings or ‘coupons’ to each fold.

Before you start cutting on your project, be sure and take a few minutes to read the instructions, there are a couple of tips on there that will make it easier to put this fun and exciting card together.

This card is so pretty. I tried it and it came out great. I just suggest that you plan out your colors and paper patterns a little better than I did. I used too many light patterns and I did not get the striking contrast. But it just means I have to make more of them…..Oh what Fun!

Thanks Klo~
The card was so easy to put together, but the wow factor is certainly there for the lucky person who receives it.
