Pop Up Window Card

Cards Closed

Pop up cards have had a resurgence in popularity the past few months and it is not hard to see why. Nothing creates quite the same reaction of both surprise and enjoyment like a pop up card does. Pop up cards can be relatively simply or extremely complicated, but even the simple ones can have really amazing results. For our project this month, we chose a simple pop up design that has hundreds of possibilities. This project was so fun and I think we each could easily have kept going with several more cards.  Starting on the far left is a cute little “Miss You” Monkey card by Chris. Next is Amanda’s Sunflower card that opens with a little house inside. Lisa’s “Hang In There” card is adorable both inside and out with a palm tree and monkey. Tatum’s “Sense of Wonder” card will really wow you once open, with a beautifully detailed fish bowl. Enjoy our designs and hopefully be inspired to make your own design! I just downloaded these and am ready to use them…and thought….why couldn’t we use several of these back to back to create our own pop-up books with dolls displayed…and the faces of our kids transposed on the dolls?! This is exciting! Thanks again!

The Miss You links seem to be working, but the Miss You Instructions might take a little longer to load than some of the others. HTH

I know these files were posted a year ago but wanted to let you know they are still appreciated. I made the house card for my new neighbors today. I am new and hadn’t tried any of the projects yet but couldn’t resist making this one. It came out great and even my brawny tough as nails husband thought it was “adorable” Added a plate of brownies and off we went to meet the neighbors. Thanks for making my life easier.
