Halloween Food Tags

I threw a Halloween party last night and wanted to share some of my party ideas with any of you who may be trying to find some last minute Halloween ideas. I went to allrecipes.com to find some great recipes for food (I love that site and no one is paying me to say that lol!). To see some of the recipes I use the search feature on allrecipes.com and look up “Green Grog” (a sweet, bright green punch) and “Lit’l Smokie Mummy Dogs” (Lit’l Smokies wrapped like mummies with mustard eyes), and “Halloween Eye of Newt” (deviled eggs). I also made guacomole (pureed zombie) and served with dark blue chips (bat wings). The punch has rum in it so I made two versions, poisoned and non-poisoned :).

I used the pen tool on the food tags and then I filled them in by hand, you could also use the engraving feature so you don’t have to fill them in by hand or they look just fine as outlines. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, check out the Pen Tool tutorials in our video section under “Tools and Accessories” or click here.

Hope you like this last minute Halloween idea, here is the cutting file for these “Food Tags”

Don’t you just love this machine! You can’t kind anything like this at a store. Plus no one else would have this at their party (unless they own a Pazzle).

These are adorable and I want to use them, but I can’t seem to open them, anybody else have this problem or know a solution? The error message says there was a problem sending the command to this program.
