Beginning today we are going to have a new blog on Thursdays. Just Chatting is going to be an opportunity for you to get to know us here at Pazzles a bit more personally. We also want to get to know you better.
This blog will be quite random in its approach but will be a lot of fun. I will give you a peek at what we are working on, our silly hobbies, our neat (or messy) work areas and what we are doing in our time off. You might also hear some musings on life, crafting and community.
The Craft Room is meant to be an instructive place but also a friendly, comfortable, social place as well. I will be giving you an inside view of Pazzles and the people who work here. That voice you hear over the phone and the person who answers your email is a very real person who cares deeply about Pazzles and our customers. We are blessed to have very dedicated individuals in our small company and I want you to know them as well as I do.
As I travel around the country teaching at the Pazzles retreats, I have met some incredible people with amazing stories. With their permission, I will also be sharing some of their stories with the rest of you. You, after all, are OUR Inspiration.
Is this a new Craft Room? I thought when I purchased my Pazzle that the Craft Room was $19.99 per month. I received an email today for a 50% off coupon for the Craft Room for a month. Is that a different Craft Room from the one I already have? Could someone tell me where I go on the Pazzles website to get the updates for my software?

Thanks for your question. Pazzles Craft Room is $19.95 per month. Today an email went out to members whose subscriptions have expired so they could re-join the Craft Room with a discount on one month to encourage people to come back. If you got this email in error because you are currently a member, I apologize. Current members should get a different email. If you are not a member, or your free trial membership has expired, please join us, and use the coupon to get 50% off of your first month’s subscription.

Speaking of up close and personal, I had the extreme pleasure of meeting Klo at the Scrapbook Expo in Atlanta last weekend. Simply said, she is A-W-E-S-O-M-E!. Klo, so sorry for being the groupie at the booth and I hope I didn’t lose any sales for you. I’ve spoken the most to Tatum (spelling?) on the phone and besides being a freakin’ whiz with the Pazzles, she is patient and a fine example of Pazzles commitment to customer service. I am not very adept with the technical aspects of my machine but I am an “uber end-user” so I am glad to have everyone at Pazzles for support and constant inspiration. I have yet to come up with a project that I couldn’t do better and faster on my machine.
This new blog is a great idea! I am a lone wolf in pack of Cricut diehards. It will be nice to be able to connect with others who have a deep appreciation for having “limitless” possibilities when it comes to creating.
