On the ninth day of Christmas the Pazzles elves gave to me…
The poinsettia is one of my favorite flower designs. So when I was pondering what to make for gift wrapping, naturally, this beautiful flower was at the top of my list. After cutting the pieces, I used an embosser and cushioned pad to curl the petals and leaves. I added gold ink around the edges of the leaves and flowers for extra holiday shine. Three tiny yellow rhinestones in the center give even more holiday sparkle to the project.
To spotlight the poinsettia, I placed it in the center of a paper bow. To make the bow you simply fold the two loops and staple them together in the middle. The flower hides the staples from view.
To learn more about making the poinsettia be sure to watch the video below. Michelle will also teach you how to make holly and berries, which will be featured in tomorrow’s gift wrapping project.
Supplies:
- Echo Park Paper (Very Merry Christmas collection)
- WorldWin ColorMates
- Pazzles Rhinestones (Light Topaz, 16ss)

- Gold Ink

In some of your videos, they do not come up as a ‘whole page’, & I can only see the very center of what you’re doing. When you talk about different tools, etc., the video does not show me those images. And for some reason, my Pro Software does not tell me what a tool is when I hoover over it, like it does for you in most of your videos. So I need to see that. Any ideas for how to fix that?
Holly-
I’m sorry you are having problems viewing the videos. Try watching the low-res version and see if that downloads better for you.
As far as the problem concerning hovering over tools, please call in and let our tech support department get this fixed for you. In the meantime click on the ‘View’ tab at the top of your screen and select Message Bar. Once Message Bar is selected, when you hover over a tool, the message bar on the bottom left of your screen will display the information.
This is so, so Pretty. Getting nicer each time.
Well the video only comes up green with the teacher speaking. I tried both ways it does not show up at all.
I figured it out click on the low res. it will open up then go to the bottom of the window there will be an arrow pointing down click on that. Go to udate the Quict time player for your computer and then you will be able to watch Pazzles Videos with no problems. Good Luck to all and Happy Holidays. hanukkah, Christmas,All others and New Years.
Thanks so much! I will try the low res option & see if that helps. I haven’t had problems with the other videos, & I watch them OFTEN!
And I will call after the holidays, to trouble-shoot the hoover thing!
Happy Holiday!
FYI-
I tried the low res, & that is the one I’ve been using that only shows the very middle of the screen! I didn’t realize there were 2 options as they both highlight at the same time when I put my cursor on them. So I tried the iphone option, & got the regular player that allows me to pause it, etc.
Thanks for clarifying the options for viewing videos!
Hi I am just a customer like you and a pazzle user, but I will try to help. You need to upgrade the program in that section for Quick Time. It will guide you thru it after you see the update area. I hope this helps. Happy Holidays.
Just checking to see how / if you resolved your video issue. I just get a black screen with a red x in the left corner. I tried to up date quick time but no success nor was trying to watch the low res version. Any suggestions? Thank you.
