Cutting Files and Challenges on the Hour
Every hour we’ll post a new cutting file on the blog. We’ll have a little bit of everything… scrapbook layouts, cards, and maybe some dimensionals! Files will be available in WPC, AI, and SVG formats for you to download. Here’s the catch: the files will only be available for one hour! If you don’t download it during that hour, you will have missed out.
The Challenges will ask you to use the given sketch, layout, or dimensional shape (like a box) plus some other technique or feature. For example, it could be a card, and the Challenge would be to use red and yellow as your colors. You will have a week to create your project and then enter it using the Albums. Anyone can enter—it’s not limited to Craft Room Members! Each Challenge you enter counts toward the Prize Drawings!
How to Enter the Challenges:
- 1. To submit your photo to the Challenge Albums, you must have either a Free Forums Account or a paid Craft Room Membership.
[The Free account allows you access to the Forums and the National Scrapbook Day Challenge Albums. As part of signup, it asks you to choose a payment method, but it will not ask you for payment information.] - 2. Log in to the Craft Room site.
- 3. Head over to the Challenge Albums, and locate the Challenge you are hoping to enter.
- 4. Submit your project before Midnight MDT, Sunday May 12th. Here are instructions for submitting to the Albums if you need assistance.
Prize Drawings
Each Challenge entry earns you one entry in to the Prize Drawing. We will draw four names randomly from all the entries. Three lucky participants will win a $25 Gift Card to the Pazzles Store! One special Grand Prize Winner will receive a $100 Gift Card to the Pazzles Store!

Wish I could join in on the fun but I have to work that day.
When I worked weekends I actually did take the day off and tell them it was my holiday, lol. Now I do not have to, and I can’t wait. This is going to be so much fun. I have always wanted to do something like this. Used to go to Memories expo until they changed the date, and then just started cropping at home (all weekend) beacause its National Scrapbooking Weekend and starts on Friday night and goes until Sunday evening. Hopefully I can get together with some friends and share the Pazzles expierence with them.
I’m bummed. My Inspiration is in lock down. I won’t have access to it until after the 17th of May. We’re remodeling our house and the area I use for crafting is being used for storage….. I’ll try to be there on the computer to get the files but won’t be able to join in the challenges. Have fun…

Hello! I own a small store and we are having a 12 hour crop that day. We will be joining you. We are looking to learn new things.
Bummer! I’ll miss out. We are going away for the weekend to celebrate our 16th anniversary.

The party will start 40 minutes from now. Challenges will be posted on the blog and you can chat and play games with us in the member chat area. To access the member chat area go to the top of the blog and click on the Community Tab. The drop down menu will give you the option for Member Chat.
How can I get into the national scrapbook day
I can’t believe you only left these up for an hour. That was really bad for those of us who have real jobs and had to work. When you do something like this, you should give people at least 24 hours.
