Spring Prom Paper Boutonniere and Corsage

Boutonniere-HE

Spring is in the air and that means lots of beautiful flowers, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and lots of fun filled spring dances! I created this wrist corsage and boutonniere so you and your sweetie can look fabulous at your spring fling. They are both completely made out of paper with the exception of the elastic lace band on the wrist corsage. Just think, by the end of the night your corsage and boutonniere will still look wonderful while others will be wilting away. They can be kept forever so you never forget the terrific night you had!

Both projects use files found in the Pazzles Craft Room. I used the Fern Leaf, Creamy Flower, Apple Blossom (just the branch), Vines, and the Twirled Flowers in the dimensional projects section of the Craft Room. I’ve included a downloadable PDF with assembly instructions.

I cut the pieces for the corsage and the boutonniere at the same time so they match perfectly, and it made assembly a lot easier. This technique works great if you have to make multiple corsages and boutonnieres for a wedding or special event.
