Petunia Anniversary Card

I have a lovely pot of petunias hanging outside of my studio that inspired me to create a paper petunia design, so that I can enjoy lovely petunias year round.

This dimensional spring form card made a perfect platform for displaying several paper petunias, with pen-drawn accents on the petals, that I drew and cut on my Pazzles Vue machine. The card includes a banner with writable text for any Anniversary year. You may select the numerals that fit your occasion, and print on your printer, or have your machine draw the text, then cut out the dove banner around it.

Optionally, you can use any text and font of your choosing in place of the Anniversary greeting. Additional dove pieces glued over the birds on the base provide a nice dimensional touch to the banner. The versatile  teardrop frame serves as a contrasting card element, that can also be used on many different projects.
